Pupil Services is staffed by Miss Julie Posiak and Miss Emily Hill, who offer a wide variety of assistance to pupils.

The Pupil Services office is open daily, during the following hours:

Registration: 8.20am – 8.40am

Break: 10.45am – 11.05am

Lunch: 1.05pm – 1.45pm

Afterschool: 3.10pm-3.30pm

Uniform

Pupil Services loan uniform if pupils have forgotten, lost or damaged theirs. A mobile phone needs to be handed in for exchange for any items borrowed and all items must be returned at the end of the school day.

First Aid

Pupil Services is the dedicated area for First Aid. Please be advised that pupils will not be allowed home unaccompanied, and therefore must be collected by a family member to ensure their wellbeing and safety.

Medication

All medication must be handed into the main office with a completed medical consent form. This will then be logged and kept in the medication cabinet. All medication must be prescribed, in the original box, be in date and have the pupil’s name and address printed on the box.

The school also stocks a variety of period products.
